- All athletes must wear a pre-assigned ChampionChip and BIB Number in order to receive their official time and be elegible to win prizes. BIB numbers must be in good conditions and worn on the front of the participants shirt, easily seen by event judges.
- All athletes must have a medical examination and must be sure that he/she are in excellent physical and mental condition, his/her participation is under their own risk. By participating, each athlete agrees that the directors, sponsors, vendors, co-sponsors, and staff in charge of the event can not be held responsible for any harm that occurs because of the athletes participation in the event.
- If during the race the athlete loses his BIB number, the athlete must inform the judges. If the athlete fails to inform the judges he/she will be disqualified.
- The athlete must wait until the final results have been checked before the prizes are given out.
- No minor under the age of 12 will be allowed to participate in the event. Athletes from 12 to 17 years old are required by the F.A.A.P.R to sign a special medical waiver.
- All athletes under the age of 18 must present authorization of his/her parent or legal guardian in order to participante in the race.
- There will be several checkpoint judges and electronic checkpoints of ChampionChip during the race.
- All athletes must wear shirts during the race.
- All athletes must be prepared to present proof of his/her age to be eligible for prizes.
- The final date for registration is February 15, 2010.
- During the race and its related activities, participants will not be allowed to use uniforms promoting products or companies competing with our sponsors.
- All age category and team competition prize winners will receive their prizes by mail following the event.
